Where's My Valentine's Card? (Our Apology)
We are sorry. Sorry for all the unanswered messages, we have been solely focused on fulfilling orders. This is to ensure as many people receive their cards as possible. We will get back to each and every one of you.
Unfortunately some of you are going to miss out on giving your partner the card you wanted to give on Valentine's Day and we are SORRY!
For those that didn't know, we kinda blew up on Monday 10th February. A single tweet led to us to receiving more orders in one day than the combined two year history of our store. With it being so close to Valentine's Day, we were not prepared and that is our fault.
Thank you for all the love. It has been crazy. We haven't even had a chance to take in the past 48 hours. We promise to get back to each and every one of you across all of our channels.
We will hold this L and learn from it to become a better company. We hope you can stick with us as we grow.
OK... But Where's My Card?
For those of you (in the UK) who receive a shipping confirmation before Friday, we believe that your cards will be with you on Valentine's Day. If you still have no card in Friday's post please get in touch and we will make things right.
For those of you who still haven't received a shipping confirmation by Thursday 6pm GMT, unfortunately you will not receive your cards in time for Valentine's Day.
The Grace Period.
From Friday 14th to Monday 17th we will be entering a grace period. This is to allow people to cancel or modify their orders that were intended for Valentine's Day.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the following format:
- Subject Line: HG[order number] V-Day Cancel/Modify (Delete as appropriate)
- Main Body: Main Body: Your name, plus details of modification (if applicable)
Alternatively, if you need your card for an occasion early next week, you can skip the grace period by emailing us in the following format:
- Subject Line: HG[order number] V-Day Express
- Main Body: Your Name
Once again, we are so sorry for the inconvenience caused.
