Royal Mail strikes on Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th, Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th December 2022.
No orders will be dispatched or delivered on these days.
You may receive a dispatch email when your order is processed.
CHRISTMAS BREAK
We will be on a Christmas Break between Friday 23rd December 2022 and Tuesday 3rd January 2023.
No orders will be dispatched in this period.
Orders placed during this period will be dispatched beginning Tuesday 3rd January 2023.

Order Processing
Due to a high volume of orders, please allow 2 full working days* before dispatch.
Please allow 3 full working days* before dispatch if your order contains a standard (white) mug.
Delivery
Due to the Royal Mail strikes and Christmas rush, please allow 7 working days+ from dispatch.
1st Class last post Deadline:
wednesday 14th december
Should be delivered before 23rd December as per Royal Mail guidelines.
Most orders will arrive in time, but use Special Delivery for a guarantee.
Orders up to Tuesday 20th December may arrive in time.
