Where’s My Order?
As you may be aware, one of our products unexpectedly went viral, during a pandemic... just before Christmas.
We have been working day and night to get your orders to you as fast as possible.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused and grateful for every single order. We will learn from this situation to do better.
My Order has been Dispatched (UK)
For orders dispatched before Saturday 19th December via 1st Class Mail:
Some areas of the country are suffering from severe delays on 1st class mail and parcels.
We cannot track or speed up your order. If your order arrives after 24th December, it is not personalised and you no longer require it, please get in touch to arrange a return.
For mug orders placed before our Christmas deadline (15th December, 8pm) and dispatched after Saturday 19th December:
Your order has been upgraded to Special Delivery at our own cost.
Please allow 2 working days for delivery. Special Delivery is no longer guaranteed for the next working day.
My Mug Order hasn’t been dispatched
If your order contains a mug, we have supply issues on white mugs due to unprecedented demand. We are hopeful of receiving more tomorrow (22nd December) to resume printing.
If your order was placed before our Christmas deadline (15th December, 8pm); we will upgrade your delivery to Special Delivery at our own cost.
We’ll be in touch if we cannot fulfil your order to reach you before 24th December.
My Card Order hasn’t been dispatched.
We have had to prioritise all orders placed before our Christmas order deadlines.
We are working as fast as possible to get your order to you/the recipient. I
f you no longer wish to wait, you can cancel your order for a full refund provided it has not been dispatched.
You may also upgrade to special delivery to receive your card ASAP. Just get in touch.
My International Order hasn’t been dispatched.
Due to the new UK Strain of COVID:
Canada has cancelled all flights to and from the UK including air freight.
All mail services to Europe have also been suspended.
Expect delays for the remaining international services. You can cancel your order for a full refund provided it has not been dispatched.
When are you restocking your Mugs and Cards?
We have had to limit availability of our mugs so we can clear the order backlog.
We will be restocking both our mugs and cards in January 2021.
